You will lead a small class group of learners with complex needs, delivering engaging and personalised learning that supports both academic achievement and personal development.   This is a fantastic opportunity to teach with purpose in a nurturing and well-resourced environment where every milestone matters. Whether your experience comes from special education or mainstream teaching, if you are passionate about inclusive education and preparing young people for adulthood, we would love to hear from you.   What You’ll Do Deliver tailored and engaging teaching across a range of abilities and learning needs Support learners to develop independence, communication, and life skills alongside academic outcomes Work collaboratively with Learning Support Assistants, therapists, and families Create a positive, structured, and motivating learning environment Monitor, assess, and celebrate learner progress and achievement Contribute to EHCP outcomes and person-centred planning   About You UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Passion for supporting young people with additional needs Experience working with learners with SEND, ideally within a post-16 setting Creative, adaptable, and nurturing approach to teaching Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice   Why Join St Elizabeth’s? £2,500 Joining Bonus!
