Role Details:
* Position: SEN Teaching Assistant (Full-Time)
* Pay: £95 - £105 per day
* Start Date: September 2026 (trial days available now)
* Contract: Monday to Friday, term-time only
* Duration: Full academic year (with potential to become permanent)
* Location: Lambeth, London
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils aged 9-18 with a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, and behavioural challenges. You'll work closely with experienced staff, receive hands-on training, and make a meaningful difference every day.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing 1:1 and small group support
* Assisting pupils with their learning, development, and wellbeing
* Supporting students with personal care needs in a respectful and dignified manner
* Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
* Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment
