Senior Business Analyst - Salesforce Service Cloud 📍 London (Hybrid - 2 Days Per Week Onsite) 📅 12-Month Contract We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a major enterprise Salesforce programme within a complex, fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a BA who has worked recently with Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Sales and Data Cloud and enjoys operating across both business and technology teams to drive delivery outcomes. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, technology teams, and external suppliers - including a specialist Salesforce delivery partner supporting a large-scale Salesforce estate. The role requires strong analytical capability, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to produce high-quality artefacts that support successful solution delivery. Key Responsibilities Work with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements Support delivery across Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud initiatives Produce process maps using BPMN and document complex business logic Create visual artefacts including screen layouts, workflows, and application forms Understand and document interactions across multiple integrated systems Collaborate with project technical teams to align on a shared delivery vision Support external delivery suppliers with structured requirements and solution inputs Drive stakeholder decisions and maintain momentum against challenging delivery timelines Apply structured change management approaches to evolving business requirements Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within enterprise environments Recent experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud (within the last 6-12 months preferred) Strong process mapping skills, ideally using BPMN Experience documenting complex logic and business processes Ability to produce clear functional and visual solution artefacts Experience working across multiple integrated systems and technical teams Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Comfortable working with third-party suppliers and delivery partners Ability to work effectively under tight timescales and delivery pressures Structured and organised approach to managing change and requirements evolution Contract Details 12-month initial contract Hybrid working - 2 days per week onsite in London Competitive day rate Immediate/short notice candidates preferredIf you are a delivery-focused Business Analyst with strong Salesforce experience and a collaborative approach, please click apply
