Refrigeration Engineer

Refrigeration Engineer – Commercial & Industrial Manchester Based Mobile Role North West Coverage The Role Currently recruiting for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join a growing engineering team covering commercial and industrial sites across Manchester and the surrounding areas. Engineers will typically travel within a 50-mile radius of Manchester, with occasional overnight stays required depending on project and service demands. The successful candidate will be responsible for service, maintenance, fault finding, and repair work on a range of refrigeration systems. Key Responsibilities * Service, maintenance, and reactive breakdown support on commercial and industrial refrigeration systems * Fault finding and diagnostics on a variety of equipment including pack systems, cold rooms, chillers, and associated plant * Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) * Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with company and industry standards * Completing service reports and documentation accurately * Providing excellent customer service while on client sites * Participating in on-call rota where required Requirements * Proven experience working as a Refrigeration Engineer in commercial and/or industrial environments * F-Gas qualified * Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills * Experience working on refrigeration systems such as CO2, HFC, pack systems, cold rooms, or chillers desirable * Full UK driving licence * Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively What’s on Offer * Salary up to £44,000 * Brand new fully equipped company van * Other benefits
