Minimum 2 years’ experience in construction, interiors or specialist trades an advantage, but not essential * Strong commercial awareness * Good IT skills, particularly in Excel * Excellent communication skills — clear, professional and client friendly * A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and improve * Ability to read and understand drawings and programmes of works
