MIG Welder Location: Atherstone on Stour, CV37 Pay Rate: £13.00 – £14.00 per hour, depending on experience Job Type: Full-time | Ongoing | Temp to Perm Working Hours AM shift * Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00 * Friday: 08:00 – 13:00 Working Hours PM shift * Mondat to Thursday 14:00-00:00 The Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced MIG Welder to join a busy and growing manufacturing company based in Atherstone on Stour. This is a full-time ongoing position with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract following a successful temporary period. Duties Include * MIG welding mild steel components * Reading and working from engineering drawings * Fabricating and assembling metal products * Quality checking completed work * Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Candidate Requirements * Previous MIG welding experience essential * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Good attention to detail * Reliable and punctual attitude * Own transport required due to rural location and limited public transport links What’s On Offer * Early finish every Friday * Temp-to-perm opportunity * Stable, full-time hours * Immediate starts available
