Test Engineer 📍 Bristol | 💷 Up to £50K | 🚀 Growing Engineering Business A leading manufacturer of complex engineering equipment is looking for a hands-on Test Engineer to join its growing team in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing business developing highly technical systems and equipment within an innovative engineering environment. The role would suit someone practical, switched-on, and motivated, who enjoys problem-solving, testing, and working closely with both engineering and manufacturing teams. The Role Build, test and develop complex engineering systems Hands-on mechanical assembly, pipework & fittings Support pressure testing and system diagnostics Analyse test data and provide engineering feedback Work closely with manufacturing and design teams Lab-based role with a strong practical engineering focusRequirements Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background 2–3+ years engineering or test experience Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving ability Experience with pressure systems, PLCs or testing environments beneficial Motivated, driven and comfortable within a growing businessThe Package Salary up to circa £50K Bonus opportunities Flexible working hours Matched pension contribution 25 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas shutdown Excellent long-term progression opportunitiesExcellent opportunity to join a growing engineering business working on cutting-edge complex equipment within a highly technical environment
