Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer 📍 Scunthorpe 💰 Salary: £51,750 ⏰ 4 on 4 off shift pattern - rotating 12-hour days & nights Stafforce Recruitment are recruiting for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a busy FMCG manufacturing site in Scunthorpe. The Role Includes: Planned preventative maintenance across site machinery Reactive maintenance and fast response to breakdowns Electrical and mechanical fault finding Working on PLC-controlled and automated equipment Supporting continuous improvement projects Completing maintenance records on CMMS systems Equipment installations and repairs Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with GMP standards Working closely with production and engineering teams Candidate Requirements: Apprentice trained engineer Recognised electrical and mechanical qualifications Previous manufacturing or FMCG experience preferred Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Experience working on automated machinery and production equipment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good understanding of health & safety procedures Flexible to work rotating 12-hour day and night shiftsAbout Us We are dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive community.
