Logistics Manager

Are you an experienced Logistics Team Leader looking for your next step up on the managerial ladder? SourceCo Recruitment are looking for a logistics manager for a long term client in the heart of Worcester. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently across the UK. The Salary: * £27,000.00-£27,500.00 per year The Working Hours: * 8am until 5pm Monday to Thursday * 8am until 5pm Friday The Role: * Planning and managing nationwide schedules for templating and installation teams * Balancing weekly workloads to ensure consistent and achievable factory output * Communicating daily with teams to confirm schedules and respond to any changes * Coordinating deliveries to key hubs, including Scotland and Sheffield * Liaising with haulage partners to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations * Overseeing and managing the company vehicle fleet * Ensuring compliance with transport regulations and company policies The Ideal Candidate will have: * Experience in logistics planning, transport coordination, or a similar role * Experience managing subcontractors or working across nationwide operations (desirable) * Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail * The ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing demands * Strong communication and coordination skills * A good understanding of UK geography and postcode planning If you’re organised, solutions-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment we want to hear from you!
