Job Title: Legionella Plumber Location: Enfield, Greater London Salary/Benefits: £26k - £38k + Training & Benefits Due to recently winning new contracts in the area, our client is recruiting for an experienced and qualified Legionella Plumber. You will be attending a range of commercial, domestic and public sector premises, conducting predominantly pre-planned remedial duties, and some urgent works when needed. Experience / Qualifications: * Experience working as a Legionella Plumber within an established outfit * Must hold the NVQ Level 1 and 2 in Plumbing as a minimum * Ideally will be qualified with the G3 Unvented ticket * Fully conversant in ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines * Adaptable to changing travel requirements * Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills The Role: * Undertaking a wide variety of remedial duties as a result of highlighted compliance issues from legionella risk assessments * Removal of deadlegs * TMV servicing, replacements and installations * Refurbishments and replacements of cold water storage tanks * Valve inspections and replacements * Calorifier inspections and disinfections * Making necessary modifications and replacements of existing pipework * Fault finding on site and making appropriate recommendations for works * Ordering necessary materials and parts * Pricing for works and submitting to clients * Keeping an accurate log of completed works * Working to agreed deadlines and project scopes * Maintaining strong relationships with clients Alternative job titles: Water Hygiene Plumber, Plumber, Remedial Engineer, Plumbing Engineer, Environmental Service Technician, Remedial Technician.
