Group FP&A Manager
London, Hybrid | £60,000 - £80,000 | Permanent
A leading international organisation is seeking a commercially focused Group FP&A Manager to join its high-performing finance function. This is a pivotal role operating at Group level, supporting senior leadership with high-quality financial insight, planning, and decision-making across a complex, multinational environment.
The Role
Reporting into the Head of Group FP&A, you will take ownership of group-level management information, forecasting, and long-range planning. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the financial narrative, driving performance insights, and supporting strategic decisions at executive level.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of group-level reporting including monthly MI, forecasts, and long-range plans
Provide insightful variance analysis and performance commentary to senior leadership
Support strategic planning and scenario modelling across multiple business units and regions
Partner with global stakeholders to drive consistency and alignment in financial reporting
Oversee and improve planning processes, driving automation and standardisation (e.g. Anaplan)
Deliver clear, concise financial packs for senior leadership and board-level audiences
About You
Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA – essential)
Minimum 3 years post-qualified experience (PQE)
Proven commercial finance / FP&A experience at a group or regional level
Strong multinational / multi-entity experience (essential)
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels
Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems (e.g. Anaplan, SAP, Power BI desirable)
