Groundworks Foreman

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworks Foreman to join a well-established groundworks subcontractor on a major project based in Newport. This is a hands-on supervisory role overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme. Key Responsibilities * Supervise groundworks gangs and subcontractors on site * Coordinate daily site activities and ensure works are completed to programme * Carry out site briefings and ensure health & safety standards are maintained * Monitor quality of works and ensure compliance with specifications * Liaise with Site Management, Engineers, and subcontractors * Ensure plant, labour, and materials are effectively managed * Maintain site records and reports where required Requirements * CSCS Gold Card or Black Card – Essential * SMSTS – Essential * Previous experience working as a Groundworks Foreman * Strong knowledge of all aspects of groundworks and civils * Ability to lead teams and manage site operations effectively If you are interested in this role apply now and contact Luke Thompson for more information
