Foot Mobile Engineer £43,000 – £45,000  London and West End  An exciting opportunity has arisen for an electrically qualified Foot Mobile Engineer to join a leading building services provider. This role involves covering a portfolio of prestigious commercial properties across London, delivering both planned preventative and reactive maintenance as part of a highly supportive mobile engineering team. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across multiple commercial sites Support and maintain basic mechanical systems including pumps, belts, bearings, AHUs and FCUs Complete logbooks and ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety regulations Liaise with subcontractors and maintain high standards of service delivery Assist with permits to work, risk assessments, and site compliance procedures Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently and effectively Requirements Recognised Electrical Qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent) Previous experience within a commercial building services environment Strong fault-finding and diagnostic abilities Able to work independently and manage workload effectively Basic mechanical knowledge / multi-skilled background beneficial Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach Salary & Benefits £43,000 – £45,000 basic salary Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm £266 monthly travel allowance 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Pension scheme Private healthcare extending to family members Life360 membership offering discounts on shopping, restaurants, and gym memberships Guaranteed overtime opportunities Two annual company bonuses based on performance Yearly salary reviews Ongoing training and development Clear progression opportunities within a growing business This role offers fantastic benefits, strong earning potential through overtime and bonuses, and the chance to join a company that genuinely invests in its engineers
