Fire Alarm Install Engineer - Leicester Leicester £35,000 - £40,000 DOE + overtime + company vehicle Full-time | Permanent We are looking for an experienced Fire Alarm Installation & Commissioning Engineer to join our growing engineering team covering Leicester and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities Installation of fire alarm systems in commercial and industrial properties Commissioning and fault-finding on fire detection systems Testing and inspection of fire alarm equipment Completing service reports and certification paperwork Working independently and as part of a wider engineering team Ensuring all work complies with current fire safety regulations and standards Experience & Requirements Experience installing and commissioning fire alarm systems Good knowledge of conventional and addressable systems Familiar with manufacturers such as: Gent Advanced Morley C-Tec Kentec Understanding of BS5839 standards Full UK driving licence ECS/CSCS card preferred FIA qualifications beneficial but not essential Travel Requirements The role will involve travel across the UK depending on project requirements Occasional staying away from home will be required All accommodation and travel expenses will be covered by the company Package & Benefits Basic up to £40k depending on experience Company van and fuel card Average overtime paid while on holiday Overtime available Pension scheme Ongoing training and manufacturer courses Career progression opportunitiesFire Alarm Install Engineer - Liecester Fire Alarm Install Engineer Calibre Search promote equality in the workplace and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified candidates regardless of their sex, race, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age.
