Fire Alarm Engineer

Fire Alarm Engineer - Manchester region This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Manchester area, United Kingdom, for a Fire Alarm Service Engineer. * Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and inspections of fire alarm systems on client premises * Diagnose and repair faults efficiently * Testing of detectors, call points, sounders, and control panels on client and customer premises * Ensure compliance with British Standards (BS 5839) * Complete service reports and maintain accurate records using company software. * Provide technical support and advice to clients whilst on sites. * Respond to emergency call-outs when required * Ensure all work meets UK fire safety regulations * Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle whilst adhering to company policies. Qualifications / Experience * Strong knowledge and experience in Fire alarm system servcing and testing * Ability to troubleshoot and repair fire alarm systems with attention to detail and accuracy * Good communication and customer service skills * Relevant certifications or qualifications in fire safety systems (e.g., FIA, BAFE certifications) are highly desirable. * Proven ability to work independently and solve technical problems effectively. * Working along side other engineers to ensure projects are completed within certain timeframes. * A valid driver’s license. * Must be able to work in the UK
