Fabric Engineer – 37k – The Strand A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Fabric Engineer to join a large on-site maintenance team at a prestigious static commercial site in Central London. This is a chance to work with a medium sized service provider who will not only provide a stable working environment but also an environment to grow and develop This is an excellent opportunity for a developing engineer with a strong work ethic and positive attitude who is looking to grow within a supportive and experienced engineering team. You will be joining a well-established on-site team of around 10 engineers, providing a great opportunity to learn from experienced professionals across multiple trades. The Role Duties will include a wide range of planned and reactive fabric maintenance tasks across the site, including: * Painting & decorating * Basic plumbing repairs * Basic carpentry works * Repairing doors, handles and locks * Replacing tiles and Carpet Tiles * Carrying out general building repairs * Assisting with office and furniture moves Requirements * Previous experience in a Fabric Engineer role in a commercial office environment * Trade qualification advantageous but not essential * Positive attitude and willingness to learn * Reliable and team-oriented approach Salary & Benefits * Up to 37k basic salary * Flexibility available for the right candidate * Monday to Friday working pattern * Excellent overtime opportunities available
