EL1 Cleared Plumber

EL1 Cleared Plumber – Woking We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable EL1 Cleared Plumber to join a facilities maintenance team on a temporary or contract basis in Woking. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified plumber with previous secure-site experience to work within a professional custodial environment. Duties Will Include: * Carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance * Diagnosing and repairing faults across domestic and commercial systems * Installing and maintaining pipework, sanitaryware, and water services * Ensuring all works are completed in line with health & safety regulations * Working efficiently within a secure prison environment * Completing maintenance records and compliance paperwork accurately Requirements: * Valid EL1 Security Clearance (essential) * NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent qualification) * Previous experience working within prisons or secure sites preferred * Strong maintenance and fault-finding experience * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Full UK driving licence preferred Job Details: * Location: Woking * Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00 * Job Type: Temporary / Contract / Permanent opportunities available * Pay: Competitive rates depending on experience and clearance status * Start Date: Immediate start available This is a great opportunity for a dependable plumber looking for ongoing work within a secure and well-managed environment
