Commercial Property Solicitor

Our client is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their established team in Loughborough, Leicestershire. This is a strong opportunity to join a well-regarded and growing practice with a steady flow of high-quality commercial property work. Key Responsibilities: • Act on a varied caseload of commercial property transactions • Advise clients on acquisitions, disposals, leases, renewals, and property management matters • Draft and negotiate leases, licences, contracts, and associated documentation • Manage transactions from instruction through to completion • Liaise with clients, landlords, tenants, lenders, and third parties • Provide clear, practical legal advice tailored to client needs • Build and maintain strong professional relationships • Manage files efficiently using the firm’s case management systems • Ensure matters are progressed in a timely and organised manner • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider property team • Support networking and business development initiatives where appropriate • Contribute to the continued growth and reputation of the property department Requirements / Skills / Experience: • Qualified Solicitor with 0–5 years PQE • Experience in property law (residential or commercial) • Strong communication and drafting skills • Good organisational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage workload effectively and work to deadlines Should you have any questions or wish to apply please do not hesitate to contact Clear IT Recruitment Limited.
