CNC Setter / Operator – 5 Axis Day Shift | Stevenage We are looking for an experienced CNC Setter/Operator to join a growing manufacturing environment supporting both production and development projects. Salary Package: Competitive Annual Salary Career progression opportunities Health & wellbeing support Employee discounts and volunteering day Early Finish Fridays  What We’re Looking For Essential experience setting and operating 5-axis CNC machinery Ability to work independently and safely within a manufacturing environment Able to read and interpret engineering drawings Strong attention to detail and quality standards Positive attitude and team-focused approach Desirable Experience Siemens 840D controls Breton machine experience Composite machining Basic G-Code knowledge Use of measuring equipment/MSP Experience using hand or air tools Crane usage experience The Role Setting and operating CNC machinery Supporting both existing production and development work Working to tight tolerances and quality standards Reporting machine or process issues when required Maintaining safe working practices at all times Attending shift/start-up meetings and contributing to team targets  If you’re a skilled CNC Setter / Operator with experience using 5-Axis Machinery within an engineering/manufacturing environment, please apply now
