CNC Operator – Late Shift Witney, Oxfordshire Monday to Thursday | 3pm – 1am | 38 hours Pay: Premium pay and benefits package  real opportunities to develop your skills  –  modern equipment  -  producing premium precision engineered components As a CNC Operator, you’ll be joining a well-established manufacturing business with a strong reputation for investing in their employees, offering market leading benefits and a clean, well-run machine shop environment.   The Role - CNC Operator Working within a small, experienced machine shop team, you will be: Operating CNC milling and turning machines Loading programs and checking machines are running correctly Inspecting parts using measuring equipment and gauges Monitoring tooling and carrying out tool changes when needed Deburring, engraving and preparing machined parts Supporting machine changeovers and maintaining workshop standards  Skills & Experience - CNC Operator We’re looking for someone with: Previous CNC machining or machine shop experience Ability to read engineering drawings and work to tolerances Experience using measuring and inspection equipment Milling and turning knowledge Good attention to detail and a reliable approach to work A team-focused attitude  The Company & Benefits - CNC Operator This is an opportunity to join a large, established engineering manufacturer known for staff retention, stability and long-term career development.
