Bodyshop Technician

We are currently seeking a skilled Bodyshop Technician to join a reputable and recently opened bodyshop in Windsor. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced mechanics looking to further their career in a modern workshop environment. Our client is committed to providing a friendly and professional atmosphere, working with a diverse range of vehicles and engaging repair tasks. Benefits: Salary up to £38,000 per annum, depending on experience Monday to Friday working hours, 8am to 5pm – no weekends Friendly and well-equipped bodyshop workshop environment Variety of vehicles and repair tasks daily Opportunities to work on timing belts, wet belts, clutch replacement, and servicing repairs NVQ Level 3 qualifications required Open to individuals with proven experience in automotive repairs, especially in heavier jobs and timing belts Exciting time to join a newly established bodyshop with growth potentialDuties of a Bodyshop Technician: Carry out timing belt and wet belt replacements on a range of vehicles, with a focus on Ford models Perform a variety of mechanical repairs in a busy workshop environment Conduct servicing, including diagnosing and repairing heavier repair jobs Assist in general vehicle maintenance tasks to a high standard Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to manufacturer standards Maintain quality standards and provide high levels of customer satisfaction Work both independently and as part of a team to meet productivity goalsRequirements of a Bodyshop Technician: Proven experience as a Bodyshop Technician or similar role within an automotive workshop Level 3 qualification in vehicle mechanical repairs Fgas licence is essential for undertaking specific work Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment Strong technical skills and attention to detail Comfortable handling a variety of mechanical repairs, including timing belts and larger jobs Ability to work independently and within a team settingIf you are a qualified Bodyshop Technician with relevant experience and are seeking a new challenge in Windsor, Berkshire, we would love to hear from you.
