BMS Service & Small Works Engineer Location: Oxford (with some London travel) Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + Expenses, Private Medical Insurance, Pension Scheme, up to 33 days holiday + more About the Role My client is seeking an experienced BMS Service & Small Works Engineer to support service operations across the Oxford area, with some work in London. This is a hands-on role involving servicing, fault finding, commissioning support, and delivering small works projects across a range of commercial sites. Key Responsibilities Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance on BMS systems Fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs on site Delivering small works projects including upgrades and modifications Supporting commissioning activities where required Working closely with clients and providing technical support Producing service reports and documentation Assisting with system optimisation and energy efficiency improvements Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales Requirements Strong background in BMS service and maintenance Experience working with Trend systems preferred Ability to carry out fault finding and system diagnostics independently Experience delivering small works or upgrades Good understanding of HVAC plant and controls Excellent communication and customer-facing skills Full UK driving licence If you are interested in this role, please apply with your CV or contact Damien on (phone number removed).
