Air Conditioning Engineer – Manchester Join our growing team of Engineers supporting a high-profile commercial contract across the Manchester. We’re looking for a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to help deliver top-quality building maintenance across multiple sites. What We Offer: * Competitive salary * 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays + your birthday off * 39-hour week: Mon–Thurs 8am–4:30pm, Fri 8am–3:30pm * Company pension contribution * Fully equipped company vehicle with personal use * Wide range of employee benefits * Opportunity to work on varied, technically interesting projects across commercial properties Your Role: * Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on HVAC and AC systems across sites in Manchester * Service, maintain, diagnose, and repair split systems, VRVs/VRFs, AHUs, and FCUs * Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practices * Support the technical services supervisor with minor works and projects * Respond to Help Desk requests and report to Service Managers as needed * Accurately complete job reports and documentation What We’re Looking For: * F-Gas Certification (essential) * Proven experience in commercial air conditioning and HVAC maintenance * Strong understanding of building services maintenance * Full UK driving licence * Comfortable working independently across multiple locations * Experience with SFG20 or similar maintenance specifications (preferred) If you're a dedicated Air Conditioning Engineer looking to join a supportive and ambitious team working on essential public sector buildings, we want to hear from you.
