Job description
Glasgow City Council's Customer Contact Centre (CCC) handles incoming telephone enquiries for Glasgow City Council and the Glasgow family.
We invite applications for an exciting and varied role as a full-time (35 hours per week) Customer Service Advisor working within the busy CCC team.
Working over 7 days, our dayshift role starts at 12 noon and finishes at 8pm, working a flexible shift pattern (this role will include both Saturday and Sunday working).
The successful candidate will have an excellent telephone manner, the ability to multi-tasks and be flexible and be able to work under pressure. Your day will be varied from call handling supporting a variety of GCC services such as Cleansing, Parking, Public Health, Registrars, Education grants etc as well as data processing.
Comprehensive training and continuous supervisory support will be provided.
