<p><strong> UK Sales Executive – Hotels & Spa Partnerships </strong><p> <strong> Location: </strong> Edinburgh (Office-Based + UK Travel)</p><p> <strong> Company: </strong> Avant Skincare </p><p> <b> Salary: </b> <b>£38,000 – £45,000 per annum (DOE) + Commission </b></p><p> <b> OTE: </b> <b> Up to £70,000+<br></b></p> Join Avant Skincare – Luxury Beauty for the World’s Finest Hotels <p></p><p> Avant Skincare is an internationally recognised luxury skincare brand, partnering with premium retailers, luxury hotels, spas, and hospitality destinations worldwide. We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven <strong> UK Sales Executive </strong> to expand our presence within the <strong> UK hotel, hospitality, and spa sector </strong> . </p><p></p><p> This is <strong> not an entry-level position </strong> . We are seeking an experienced salesperson with a <strong> proven track record of successfully selling into hotels and hospitality groups </strong> , ideally within <strong> luxury amenities, beauty, skincare, spa, wellness, or premium lifestyle sectors </strong> . </p><p></p><p> Based from our <strong> Edinburgh office </strong> , this role combines office-based work with regular travel across the UK to meet hotel decision-makers, spa directors, procurement teams, and hospitality partners. <br></p> The Role <p></p><p> You will be responsible for driving growth of Avant Skincare’s <strong> luxury hotel amenities and spa range </strong> across the UK hospitality market. </p><p> Key responsibilities include: </p><ul><li> Developing new business opportunities within <strong> luxury hotels, boutique hotels, hotel groups, and spas </strong></li><li> Building strong relationships with <strong> hotel General Managers, Procurement Teams, Spa Directors, and key decision-makers </strong></li><li> Presenting and selling Avant’s <strong> hotel amenities collection and luxury spa offering </strong></li><li> Conducting regular in-person meetings and client visits across the UK </li><li> Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to onboarding and account growth </li><li> Identifying opportunities for long-term partnerships and account expansion </li><li> Representing Avant Skincare at relevant hospitality and industry events </li></ul><p></p> About You <p></p><p> We are looking for someone who can <strong> hit the ground running </strong> and bring strong commercial experience to the business. </p><p></p><p> Requirements: </p><ul><li><strong> Minimum 3–4 years of proven B2B sales experience selling successfully into hotels or hospitality </strong></li><li> Experience within <strong> hotel amenities, luxury beauty, skincare, spa, wellness, hospitality, or related sectors </strong> preferred </li><li> Demonstrable success in <strong> winning accounts and delivering sales growth </strong></li><li><strong> Existing hotel network preferred </strong></li><li> Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills </li><li> Self-motivated, commercially driven, and comfortable working independently </li><li> Willingness to travel across the UK for meetings and business development </li><li> Full UK driving licence preferred </li></ul><p></p> What We Offer <p></p><ul><li><strong> Competitive salary (£38,000 – £45,000 DOE)</strong></li><li><strong> Attractive commission structure </strong></li><li><strong> OTE up to £70,000+</strong></li><li> Opportunity to represent an established and growing luxury skincare brand </li><li> Dynamic and entrepreneurial working environment </li><li> Edinburgh office base with a balance of office and field-based work </li><li> Career progression opportunities within an international beauty group </li><li> If you have a passion for luxury brands, hospitality, and building strong commercial partnerships — and already understand how to successfully sell into hotels — we would love to hear from you. </li></ul>
