Temporary Deputy Head

<p><b> Deputy Manager – Children’s Residential Home (EBD)</b><p><b> Location: Greenford, UB6</b></p><p><b> Salary: £40,000 – £45,000</b></p><p></p><p> We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join a small Ofsted-registered children’s residential home supporting up to 3 young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). </p><p> This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong and confident leader with a background in children’s residential care who is passionate about making a real difference in young people’s lives. </p><p></p><p> Key Responsibilities: </p><ul><li> Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home </li><li> Lead shifts and ensure the smooth operation of the service </li><li> Provide high-quality care and support to young people with EBD </li><li> Promote a safe, nurturing and stable environment </li><li> Support care planning, risk assessments and safeguarding processes </li><li> Lead by example and mentor staff on best practice </li><li> Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and internal policies </li></ul><p></p><p> Requirements: </p><ul><li> Previous experience as a Deputy Manager or Senior Residential Support Worker </li><li> Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and children’s residential care standards </li><li> Experience working with young people with EBD </li><li> Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team </li><li> NVQ Level 3/4 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) </li></ul><p></p><p> If you are a dedicated and experienced professional looking to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you. </p>
