You’ll play a key role in translating client needs into robust technical solutions, guiding development teams through project execution, and fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration. This role balances hands-on development with team leadership, ensuring quality, innovation, and alignment with client goals. Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance, and maintainable software systems. Ensure high standards of code quality, security, and documentation across the team. Define and promote architectural principles and design patterns to support long-term solution integrity. Lead project delivery, ensuring alignment with timelines, scope, and quality expectations. Significant hands-on experience as a full stack developer, building scalable web applications and RESTful APIs. ~ Strong understanding of software design principles and object-oriented development. ~ Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET framework. ~5+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platforms and services. ~ Proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and TypeScript. ~ Experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g. Angular, React) ~ Experience designing and working with databases (e.g. MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB). ~ Experience working in Agile environments (e.g. Scrum, Kanban). ~ Exam AZ-104 Microsoft Azure Administrator Exam AI-102 Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate Flexible Hybrid working structure (3 days in office). ~25 days holiday rising an extra day a year up to 30 days. ~ Vibrant Leeds City Centre office with games area, fully stocked kitchen, free food and drinks. ~ Regular social events, team lunches, and outings. ~ Benefits platform offering a range of retail and entertainment discounts Create & Adapt: We embrace creative thinking and agile methodologies, constantly adapting to change and seeking innovative solutions to challenges.
