<p><p> The Deals Tax team works closely with the Deals practice to advise on the tax implications of all aspects </p><p> of transactions including; Mergers & Acquisition, Business Recovery Services and Real Estate, but </p><p> relationships extend far beyond transactions. </p><p></p><p> The Post Deals Services team “PDS” is part of the Deals Team. </p><p> Its’ purpose is to help clients manage and drive value post transaction by working collaboratively </p><p> across specialisms and help clients succeed at all stages of the deal life cycle. The business has a market </p><p> leading client base of some of the most active and dynamic investors and they pride themselves on the </p><p> strength of their network. </p><p></p><p> This is a client facing role. You will be expected to start managing UK corporate tax relationships with a </p><p> range of clients with complex tax situations from day one and will be encouraged and supported as you </p><p> build specialist sector and international skills. You will also develop the firms presence in the market place, as </p><p> well as build your reputation across the global network. </p>
