Investment & Planning Officer (Term - 2-3 Months)Location: Leith, Edinburgh (5 Days in office)Join a well‑established housing association based in Leith. Investment & Planning Officer 2‑month fixed‑term contract.You'll support the delivery of our asset investment and business planning activities, helping to analyse data, develop plans, and ensure investment programmes align with strategic priorities. Support asset investment and stock condition programmes Assist with business planning and financial modelling Analyse performance and investment data Work collaboratively with finance, asset management, and development teams Experience in investment planning, asset management, or a similar role (housing or public sector preferred) Confident working with data, spreadsheets, and financial information This is an excellent short‑term opportunity to contribute to meaningful work within a community‑focused organisation.
