<p><p><b> Project Manager/ Senior Project Manager </b></p><p><b> East Scotland | Projects across Perth & Dundee | </b></p><p></p><ul><li><b> Project Manager – up to £80,000 </b> <b>+ package </b></li><li><b> Senior Project Manager – up to £90,00 + package </b></li></ul><p></p><p> We are currently working with a leading tier one contractor who are looking to appoint both a Project Manager and Senior Project Manager to support a growing pipeline of major projects across East Scotland. </p><p> This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business delivering high-profile education, leisure, and public-sector developments, with a strong mix of refurbishment and new-build projects across Perth and Dundee. </p><p></p><p><b> The role will involve: </b></p><ul><li> Managing subcontractors and site teams </li><li> Leading programme delivery and weekly progress monitoring </li><li> Liaising with clients, consultants and design teams </li><li> Working closely with commercial teams on project financial performance </li><li> Managing health & safety, RAMS and CDM compliance </li><li> Chairing subcontractor and progress meetings </li><li> Coordinating labour, materials and day-to-day site operations </li><li> Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard </li></ul><p></p><p><b> Requirements </b></p><ul><li> Previous experience working for a tier one or recognised main contractor </li><li> Strong operational construction/project delivery background </li><li> Experience delivering education, public-sector or large commercial projects preferred </li><li> Excellent programme and subcontractor management skills </li><li> Strong client-facing and leadership ability </li><li> SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred </li><li> Strong understanding of health & safety and site compliance </li></ul><p></p><p><b> Why Apply?</b></p><ul><li> Strong pipeline of secured work across East Scotland </li><li> Regional projects with limited nationwide travel </li><li> Excellent long-term progression opportunities </li><li> Stable and well-structured tier one environment </li><li> Opportunity to work on major public-sector developments </li></ul><p></p><p><b> If you’d be interested in hearing more, feel free to get in touch for a confidential discussion. </b></p>
