The role oversees planning, delivery, and governance across agile and hybrid programmes, ensuring value, quality, and strong stakeholder engagement. </p><p> Key Responsibilities </p><ul><li> Lead end‑to‑end project delivery aligned with organisational priorities. </li><li> Manage multiple projects using agile and traditional methods. </li><li> Build effective relationships with senior stakeholders and delivery partners. </li><li> Own RAID management, proactively addressing risks and issues. </li><li> Support and guide multidisciplinary delivery teams. </li><li> Provide clear reporting to governance boards and senior leaders. </li><li> Drive business change activities to support digital adoption. </li></ul><p> Essential Skills </p><ul><li> Strong track record delivering complex agile/hybrid projects. </li><li> Excellent leadership, planning, and governance skills. </li><li> Effective stakeholder engagement and supplier management experience. </li><li> Background in software delivery and business change. </li><li> Awareness of Digital First and GDS standards.
