<p> Job Description <p><b> Position: </b> Project Manager (PM)</p><p></p><p> Organization </p><ul><li><b> Function: </b> Project Management, Power Transmission Project Operations </li><li><b> Line supervisor: </b> Director Project Management </li><li><b> Operational supervisor: </b> Steering Committee, Project Director, Project Portfolio Director (PDD), Management Representative </li></ul><p> Context </p><ul><li> The Power Transmission Project Operations section is responsible for execution of turnkey and offshore projects within the business group </li><li> The Project Manager role is the operational head of a defined project, organized in the Projects section and acting as responsible for one or more projects </li><li> First level of escalation from the project manager is the Project Director or an appointed management representative for supervision </li><li> The matrix organization of the project management requires good communication and information at the interface between vertical and horizontal axis </li><li> The team is spread between several locations and may support execution activities ongoing in different plants and sites </li><li> A project manager is expected to be capable of heading standard EPC and EPCI projects </li></ul><p></p>
