<p><p> Senior Credit Controller </p><p> Permanent </p><p> Edinburgh </p><p> Hybrid (4 days at home)</p><p>£35k - £40k </p><p></p><p> Oliver Smith Recruitment are currently working with our key client to recruit a permanent Credit Controller based in Edinburgh. </p><p></p><p> The primary function of the Credit Controller is to support the Financial Controller with day-to-day sales ledger activities, while ensuring the effective management of customer accounts and timely collection of outstanding balances. </p><p></p><p><b> Key Responsibilities </b></p><ul><li> Processing sales invoices and credit notes </li><li> Maintaining and reconciling customer accounts within internal finance systems </li><li> Delivering a high standard of customer service </li><li> Liaising with customers and internal teams to resolve account queries </li><li> Preparing and monitoring monthly credit control reports and outstanding balances </li><li> Producing and maintaining sales ledger and management reports </li><li> Identifying and implementing process and system improvements </li><li> Supporting month-end close activities </li><li> Setting up new customer accounts </li><li> Processing and allocating customer payments </li><li> Approving sales orders in line with internal controls </li></ul><p></p><p> Interviews will be held this week at our clients HQ. </p>
