Temporary Senior Maintenance Officer (3-6 Months) A Glasgow based Housing Association are seeking an experienced Temporary Senior Maintenance Officer to support the delivery of high-quality maintenance and asset management services. Key responsibilities: Oversee responsive, void, planned and cyclical maintenance works Manage contractor performance, quality and compliance Carry out property inspections and monitor repairs Support health & safety and property compliance requirements Maintain accurate records and support performance reporting Deliver excellent customer service and value for money About you: Experience in housing/property maintenance or asset management Knowledge of compliance and health & safety requirements Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills Customer-focused with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment This temporary role is expected to last 3-6 months and would be to start ASAP.
