Senior Business Development Manager – Defence & UAS Location: UK / Hybrid

We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Manager who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities others miss, and turning strategy into tangible results. This is a high-impact role where you’ll help shape our presence across UK and international defence markets.
You’ll sit at the centre of our growth strategy, working across technical, commercial, and programme teams to identify, shape, and secure new business opportunities.
Own and develop a strong opportunity pipeline, from early identification through to contract award
Deliver sustainable revenue growth through strategic account management and opportunity capture
Provide market insight and competitor awareness to inform business strategy
Real collaboration – partner with engineering, programme, and commercial experts
We’re looking for someone who brings credibility, curiosity, and commercial instinct into every conversation.
Experience in business development, capture management, or strategic sales within defence, aerospace, or security
Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking skills
Bonus if you bring:
Knowledge of UAS, emerging defence technologies, or capability development programmes
Familiarity with export controls and regulatory frameworks
