<p><b> Sales Operations Manager Salary £45,000- £50,000</b><p><b> Based in Brentford, West London </b></p><p><b> Hybrid Role – 2 days in the office </b></p><p></p><p> A high-performing global EdTech business is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join their team in Brentford. This is a key role focused on optimising Salesforce systems, sales processes, and data integrity to support business performance and operational excellence. Working closely with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations, you will drive process improvements, enhance CRM efficiency, and deliver scalable solutions that support the company’s continued growth. </p><p></p><p><b> Key responsibilities: </b></p><p></p><p><b> Sales Systems & Process Management </b></p><ul><li> Act as the global owner for Salesforce/CRM issues, managing troubleshooting, escalations, and resolutions across all regions. </li><li> Oversee Salesforce development requests, including managing and prioritising Jira tickets to ensure timely delivery of enhancements and fixes. </li><li> Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency, reporting, and data quality. </li></ul><p></p><p><b> Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration </b></p><ul><li> Partner with teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to understand business needs and deliver effective system and process solutions. </li><li> Work closely with stakeholders to improve reporting, data outputs, and operational processes. </li><li> Collaborate with technical teams and business users to ensure the successful delivery of system enhancements and improvements. </li></ul><p></p><p><b> Sales Planning & Performance Support </b></p><ul><li> Support sales planning activities, including territories, commission structures, budgets, and performance targets. </li><li> Provide analytical insights and operational support to help drive sales performance and decision-making. </li><li> Contribute to ongoing performance management and continuous improvement initiatives across the sales function. </li></ul><p></p><p><b> Experience required: </b></p><ul><li> Strong Salesforce experience (ideally) with a systems-focused mindset or would consider a similar CRM system </li><li> Experience using Jira or similar ticketing systems. </li><li> Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. </li><li> Analytical, data-driven, and solutions-focused. </li><li> Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. </li><li> Proven ability to turn business requirements into technical or process improvements </li></ul><p></p><p><b> Benefits: </b></p><ul><li>22 days holiday + 3 days at Christmas </li><li> Birthday day off </li><li> Holiday buy scheme </li><li> Private medical insurance </li><li> Pension scheme (8% employer contribution)</li><li> Life & income protection </li><li> Hybrid working – 2 days in the office – working 9am – 5.30pm </li><li> Retail discounts and much more !!!</li></ul><p></p>
