With over 80 years of experience delivering quality new homes across a variety of market sectors, they are recognised as a multi-award-winning 5 Star housebuilder with an outstanding reputation across Central Scotland. </p><h3> About the Role </h3><p> This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected housebuilder as a <b> Supporting Sales Advisor </b> . This <b> Sales Advisor </b> role provides a determined individual with the chance to develop skills and experience, whilst making a real difference in one of the most exciting journeys in people’s lives. The successful <b> Sales Advisor </b> will be part of a small but dynamic team operating across the Central Belt of Scotland. </p><h3> Key Responsibilities </h3><p>• Support existing <b> Sales Advisor </b> teams across multiple developments in locations throughout Central Scotland. <br>• Assist with new development launches and events and provide double or holiday cover as required. <br>• Provide administrative support to the wider sales team. <br>• Host show home visits and ensure excellent presentation standards across developments. <br>• Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage of the customer journey. <br>• Use Salesforce CRM daily to record activity and assist in sales progression. <br>• Ensure compliance with all internal processes and procedures, including the Consumer Code for Home Builders. <br>• Complete ad hoc tasks as requested by the Sales Manager. </p><h3> Desired Attributes </h3><p>• No prior experience in property sales is necessary, although beneficial. <br>• A positive attitude and willingness to learn. <br>• Outstanding people skills and confidence when dealing with customers. <br>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. <br>• Positive, self-motivated and driven. <br>• Resilient, organised and adaptable. <br>• Strong attention to detail. <br>• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as standard. <br>• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. <br>• Confident in the use of Microsoft packages. </p><h3> Why Apply?</h3><p> This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious <b> Sales Advisor </b> looking to join an established business with a strong reputation, quality product, and genuine long-term career prospects. </p>
