<p><p> Property Manager </p><p> Edinburgh </p><p> Salary: up to £35,000 + Bonus </p><p></p><p> We are working with a well-established property firm in Edinburgh who are looking to appoint an experienced Property Manager to join their growing team. </p><p> This role will suit someone who enjoys managing a varied residential portfolio and takes pride in delivering a high level of service to both landlords and tenants. The role also offers hybrid working. </p><p></p><p> The role will involve: </p><p> Managing a portfolio of residential properties </p><p> Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants </p><p> Coordinating maintenance and repairs through approved contractors </p><p> Conducting property inspections and ensuring compliance </p><p> Managing tenancy renewals, check-ins and check-outs </p><p> Handling queries efficiently and professionally </p><p> About you: </p><p> Previous experience in residential property management </p><p> Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail </p><p> Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with a range of stakeholders </p><p> Proactive, reliable and able to manage a busy workload </p><p> Knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance requirement </p>
