Pharmacist - Primary Care Network

Pharmacist CNWL NHS Foundation Trust Full-Time / Part-Time | Flexible Shifts Competitive NHS Rates | Start ASAP We are working in partnership with Central and North West London (CNWL) NHS Foundation Trust to recruit an experienced Pharmacist to support services within a community hospital setting. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to safe, high-quality, patient-centred care within a respected NHS Foundation Trust, supporting medicines optimisation and clinical pharmacy services across inpatient and secure healthcare pathways. As a Pharmacist within CNWL, you will: Deliver pharmacy services in line with GPhC standards, NHS governance, and local SOPs Support medicines reconciliation and optimisation initiatives Provide patient counselling and discharge medication advice Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including medical, nursing, and secure healthcare staff Ensure safe management of medicines, including controlled drugs This role requires on-site working within a community hospital setting. Experience within an NHS hospital, community, or secure healthcare setting Up-to-date compliance documentation (Right to Work, DBS where required) Previous experience in community hospital or secure healthcare pharmacy Experience supporting medicines optimisation initiatives Work within a well-established NHS Foundation Trust Competitive rates Flexible working options If you are a motivated Pharmacist with prison clearance looking to support services within CNWL, we would welcome your application.
