Job description
<p><p> FT Recruitment is working with a global energy business looking to add a Payroll Administrator to its fast-paced payroll team on a maternity cover contract basis. </p><p></p><p> This position is responsible for processing payrolls across various offices, locations and sites. </p><p></p><p> Key duties: </p><ul><li> Process payrolls from start to finish in a timely manner. </li><li> Process weekly & month payrolls (invoice collation & timesheet processing)</li><li> Process payments in line with different pay agreements. </li><li> Process new starts and leavers along with any necessary termination benefits. </li><li> Compute and disburse occupational sick pay, SMP, SPP, and SSP. </li><li> Respond to payroll inquiries in a timely and courteous manner. </li><li> Create reports for different business departments. </li></ul><p></p><p> Candidates must have previous payroll experience, ideally within a multi-currency environment, and be comfortable with processing payroll from start to finish. </p><p></p><p> Get in touch for further info regarding this role!</p>
