Part-Time Finance Assistant

<p><p><b> Temporary 6 Month Contract </b></p><p> We are supporting our client based in Livingston recruit a Finance Assistant on a temporary 6 month contract, to support with clearing a backlog. </p><p> This role will be on a part time basis; there is flexibility around the days and hours that can be worked based on individual preference. The role is fully site based in the office in Livingston. </p><p><b> Responsibilities </b></p><ul><li> Purchase ledger </li><li> Sales ledger </li><li> Credit control </li><li> Bank reconciliations </li><li> Responding to queries by email and telephone </li></ul><p><b> Experience Required </b></p><ul><li> Previous experience in a Finance/Accounts support role </li><li> Experience using Sage </li><li> Confident using Excel and Microsoft Word </li><li> Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills </li><li> Confident communicating, both written and verbal </li></ul>
