You will lead activation, optimisation and reporting across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit and X, ensuring delivery against KPIs while acting as a trusted client advisor. You will also mentor Paid Social Executives, driving high standards across campaign delivery. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role with genuine ownership and leadership responsibility. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING <ul><li> Leading campaign activation, optimisation and reporting across paid social platforms </li><li> Managing budgets, pacing and bid strategies to maximise ROI </li><li> Conducting account audits and identifying performance opportunities </li><li> Developing structured A/B testing frameworks </li><li> Writing creative briefs and overseeing asset quality </li><li> Acting as the day-to-day client contact </li><li> Delivering clear, insight-led performance updates </li><li> Supporting forecasts, roadmaps and tactical planning </li><li> Line managing and developing Paid Social Executives </li><li> Championing responsible AI usage within workflows </li><li> Collaborating cross-channel with PPC, SEO, CRO and Data teams </li></ul> THE COMPANY You will be joining a collaborative, data-driven team that thrives on innovation and performance excellence.
