<p><b> Band 5 Paediatric Audiologist </b><p> Northampton | University Hospitals of Northamptonshire NHS Group </p><p> Full-Time | NHS Band 5</p><p> Start Date: ASAP </p><p></p><p> We are currently recruiting a Band 5 Paediatric Audiologist to join the Children’s Hearing Clinic within the University Hospitals of Northamptonshire on a permanent basis. </p><p></p><p> This is an excellent opportunity to work within a specialist paediatric audiology service, supporting children and families through assessment, diagnosis, and ongoing hearing management. </p><p></p><p><b> About the Role </b></p><p> You will: </p><ul><li> Deliver behavioural and electrophysiological hearing assessments for children (0–18 years)</li><li> Undertake paediatric hearing aid fittings and ongoing management </li><li> Provide aural habilitation and family support, including counselling </li><li> Work closely within a multidisciplinary team including paediatrics, ENT, SALT, and education services </li><li> Support service development and contribute to ongoing improvements </li></ul><p></p><p> You will manage your own caseload while contributing to a high-quality, family-centred service. </p><p></p><p><b> What We’re Looking For </b></p><ul><li> Degree in Audiology or equivalent </li><li> Experience in paediatric hearing assessment and management </li><li> Strong communication skills, particularly when supporting families </li><li> Ability to work both independently and within an MDT </li></ul><p></p><p><b> Why Apply?</b></p><ul><li> Work within a specialist paediatric service </li><li> Be part of a supportive and multidisciplinary team </li><li> Opportunity to develop skills across a wide range of paediatric audiology techniques </li></ul><p></p><p> Interested?</p><p></p><p> If you’re a Paediatric Audiologist looking for your next opportunity, get in touch or send your CV for a confidential discussion. </p>
