<p><p> Cooper Parry Finance Recruitment (Formally Hutcheon Mearns) are delighted to be supporting a returning client for an exciting opportunity to join their office in Perth as the Office Administrator, on a full-time permanent basis. </p><p> Our client is a highly regarded and growing Law Accountancy firm based in Perth, with a strong reputation across Scotland and a supportive, collaborative working environment. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to add an organised and proactive individual to provide administration support to a team of experienced Law Accountants. </p><p> This position is fully office-based in Perth and would suit someone with previous administration, PA, secretarial or office support experience who enjoys working in a professional and fast - paced environment. </p><p></p><p><b> Key Responsibilities </b></p><ul><li> Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Law Accountants </li><li> Typing correspondence and legal/accountancy documentation </li><li> Managing paperwork deliveries/collection - candidates must be able to drive and have access to car </li><li> Provide invoice typing support during holiday periods </li><li> Document shredding and confidential document handling </li><li> Preparing auditor bundles for Law Accountants online </li><li> Vouching support for Law Accountancy team </li><li> Sending chaser emails and follow up on outstanding information </li><li> Managing taxation diaries online </li><li> Updating holiday diaries online </li><li> Sickness absence reporting and administration </li></ul><p></p><p><b> Background and Experience </b></p><ul><li> Previous experience within an administration, PA, secretarial or office support role </li><li> Excellent organisational and time management skills </li><li> Strong written and verbal communication skills </li><li> High attention to detail and accuracy </li><li> Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively </li><li> Professional and discreet approach when handling confidential information </li><li> Strong Microsoft Office skills including World, Outlook and Excel </li></ul><p></p><p><b> Company Benefits </b></p><ul><li> Competitive salary of £26,000 - £29,000 per year </li><li>35 hour working week (Monday to Friday)</li><li>2.30pm Finish on a Friday!</li><li>31 days Annual Leave including 6 days public holiday </li><li> Salary increases with tenure </li><li> Work events such as Summer and Christmas events to celebrate with the team!</li><li> Company pension scheme </li></ul><p></p><p><b> Next Steps </b></p><p> If this job opportunity sounds appealing to you, please apply with your full CV.
