<p><p> Production Operator (Continental Shifts)<p></p><p> We are currently recruiting for Production Operators to join a busy and well-established manufacturing operation working continental shifts. </p><p> This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with manufacturing or production experience who are looking for long-term opportunities, structured training, and strong earning potential through shift allowances. </p><p></p> Shift Pattern <p></p><ul><li> Continental shifts </li><li>12 hour shifts </li><li> Split across 7 day shifts and 5 night shifts </li><li> Working 2 weekends out of every 4</li><li>25% shift allowance included </li></ul><p></p> The Role <br><br><p> You will be responsible for operating and monitoring industrial production equipment while ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and to tight quality tolerances. </p><p> This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written SOPs and production processes accurately. </p><p></p> Duties Include <p></p><ul><li> Operating industrial machinery and production equipment </li><li> Measuring materials using tape measures and digital verniers </li><li> Cutting materials using wet and dry industrial saws </li><li> Grinding using industrial grinders </li><li> Bonding and cement mixing applications </li><li> Using bonding lamps to cure materials </li><li> Recording production information accurately </li><li> Supporting 5S and housekeeping standards </li><li> Following health & safety procedures at all times </li></ul><p></p> Skills & Experience Required <p></p><ul><li> Previous manufacturing or production experience </li><li> Experience working shifts </li><li> Strong work ethic and proactive attitude </li><li> Ability to work accurately to very tight tolerances </li><li> Good verbal and written communication skills </li><li> Ability to follow written SOPs and instructions </li><li> Basic IT skills </li><li> Experience within 5S environments preferred </li></ul><p> Training can be provided for the right individual with the right attitude and transferable experience. </p>
