Clinic Manager (Aesthetics & Laser) Full-time | Surrey/Hampshire Up to £40,000 + equity / profit share About the Role An rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven Clinic Manager to oversee a premium aesthetics and laser clinic. The Opportunity This role would suit someone ready to progress their career and essentially manage their own clinic, while benefiting from the support of a well-established and expanding business. Key Responsibilities <ul><li> Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic </li><li> Provide a variety of aesthetic and/or permanent makeup treatments </li><li> Lead and support a small team of 1–2 part-time staff members </li><li> Carry out client consultations and offer professional treatment recommendations </li><li> Respond to customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner </li><li> Increase revenue through exceptional client care and tailored treatment advice </li><li> Oversee stock management, supplies, and general clinic administration </li><li> Assist with marketing and social media activity (preferred)</li></ul> Clinical Focus The clinic specialises in four key service areas: <ul><li> Aesthetics (injectables and skin treatments)</li><li> Permanent Makeup (PMU)</li><li> Laser treatments </li><li> Beauty and wellness treatments </li></ul> Candidate Requirements Essential <ul><li> Confident working closely with clients and developing strong relationships </li><li> Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a client-facing role within the aesthetics industry </li><li> Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities </li><li> Commercial awareness with the ability to support clinic growth </li></ul> Desirable <ul><li> Experience within aesthetics and permanent makeup, particularly injectables, polynucleotides, microblading, ombre/powder brows, and lip blush (highly desirable)</li><li> Experience with laser treatments (IPL/SHR advantageous)</li><li> Experience providing beauty treatments including brow shaping, lamination, tinting, lash lifts and tints, waxing, and massages </li><li> Previous management or leadership experience </li><li> Experience with social media or marketing </li></ul> What We’re Looking For <ul><li> Experience across all four core treatment areas </li><li> A charismatic and client-focused individual </li><li> Someone personable, confident, and capable of building trust and rapport with clients </li><li> A proactive self-starter who performs well with autonomy </li><li> An ambitious professional looking to grow alongside the business and help shape its future direction </li></ul> What’s on Offer <ul><li> Competitive salary up to £40,000, depending on experience </li><li> Performance-related bonus scheme </li><li> Ongoing training and development support, including training in new treatments </li><li> A structured 3-month onboarding period alongside the current lead practitioner </li><li> The opportunity to influence the future growth and direction of the clinic </li><li> A high level of autonomy, operating as a genuine business leader </li></ul> Location Based on the Surrey/Hampshire border, with convenient commuting access from London (via Waterloo), Guildford, Crawley, Woking, Reading, Chichester, Haslemere, Farnham, Godalming, Portsmouth, Basingstoke, Winchester, and Petersfield.
