About the Role We are seeking a Legal Executive to join our Corporate & Legal Teams. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-driven and enjoys supporting a wide range of corporate, legal and compliance activities. Legal, Procurement and Data Protection Maintain and organise legal documents, contracts and key registers. Support policy drafting, data room creation, litigation preparation and reporting. Assist with procurement activities such as supply-chain mapping, spend analysis and webpage updates. Risk Management Gather renewal data to support Group insurance policies. Support updates to the Group Assurance Framework and the Corporate Risk Register. Maintain and report on the risk action tracker. Assist with policy updates and online banking administration. Support ad hoc tasks and develop awareness of compliance processes. Flexible, collaborative attitude with a willingness to assist across the team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams) and document management. Desirable Criteria - These help decide between those who meet all the above key criteria: Law degree or company secretarial qualification. Experience in a legal or regulatory environment.
