Lead Electrical Design Engineer (Permanent)

They are looking for an experienced (Lead or Senior) Electrical Design Engineer to join the team and play a key role in the development of a cutting-edge high-performance vehicle programmer. Experience in automotive electrical systems design • Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals and design principles • PCB design experience • Familiarity with Arcadia or similar electrical design tools • Hands-on testing and prototyping experience • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup-style engineering environment Experience with HV electrical systems and EV architecture would be highly advantageous. This is an opportunity to work within a highly collaborative engineering team on an exciting clean-sheet vehicle program from an early stage of development. Hybrid working – 1 day WFH per week Contract (OUTSIDE IR35) or Permanent - the business are most concerned with ensuring the attract the best talent.
