Known for genuine product efficacy and strong brand advocacy, this is a company with real purpose and significant ambition. </p><p></p><p><b> The Role </b></p><p> This role is responsible for managing and developing customer relationships across Health & Pharmacy channels at both national and regional level, with a particular focus on Greater London. </p><p> The successful candidate will be accountable for driving sustainable and profitable sales growth through strong partnerships, effective joint business planning, and well-executed promotional strategies aligned to wider commercial and brand objectives. </p><p></p><p><b> Key Responsibilities </b></p><ul><li> Partner closely with senior commercial leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver the retail and channel strategy across Health & Pharmacy accounts </li><li> Translate overarching strategic objectives into clear, actionable account plans that support commercial targets and category growth </li><li> Lead the development, negotiation, and execution of annual Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key retail partners </li><li> Identify and onboard new retail partners within the Health & Pharmacy channel, aligned with strategic and geographic priorities </li><li> Build compelling, insight-led business cases to secure new listings and expand distribution </li><li> Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across buying, merchandising, and operations </li><li> Act as the primary point of contact for accounts, delivering a high standard of account management and communication </li><li> Plan, negotiate, and deliver promotional calendars and in-store activations aligned with both brand and retailer objectives </li><li> Analyse promotional performance and ROI, using insights to optimise future activity and drive category growth </li><li> Deliver regular account reviews, forecasts, and performance updates to both internal and external stakeholders </li></ul><p></p><p><b> About You </b></p><ul><li> Strong track record of delivering commercial growth across national and/or regional retail accounts </li><li> Demonstrated success in negotiating and delivering Joint Business Plans </li><li> Experience developing and executing promotional and trade activation plans </li><li> Strong analytical capability, with the ability to translate data into actionable commercial insights </li></ul><p></p><p><b> Essential Experience / Essentials </b></p><ul><li> Proven experience operating at Key Account Manager or National Account Manager level (circa 2+ years)</li><li> Experience within Health, Pharmacy, OTC, or closely aligned retail channels </li><li> Full UK driver’s license </li></ul><p></p><p><b> Next Steps </b></p><p> Apply via the link or reach out to helen@LT-Talent.com for more information. </p><p></p><p><b> Equal Opportunities & Application Process </b></p><p> LT Talent is an award-winning recruitment agency.
