Luxury Watch & Jewellery Sales Executive | Mayfair, London
Position: Full-time (5 days per week, Monday to Sunday rota)
Trilogy Jewellers is a Mayfair-based luxury watch and jewellery specialist, working with some of the most sought-after timepieces in the world including Rolex, Audemars Piguet, and Patek Philippe.
We focus on delivering a highly personalised, discreet, and relationship-driven service to our clients, with an emphasis on long-term relationships and exceptional standards.
We are looking for an experienced Luxury Sales Executive with a strong background in watches or jewellery.
You will be responsible for managing high-value client relationships and delivering a premium experience across both showroom and digital channels.
Managing and converting client enquiries across showroom, WhatsApp, and online platforms
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with private clients
• Presenting and selling high-value luxury watches and jewellery
• Maintaining strong product knowledge across brands, references, and market trends
• Supporting day-to-day showroom operations
Proven experience in selling luxury watches or jewellery
• Strong understanding of the watch market and key brands
• Self-motivated with a strong sales mindset
